“An individual has not started living until he can rise above the narrow confines of his individualistic concerns to the broader concerns of all humanity.” — Martin Luther King, Jr.

Workplace Diversity

In today's society, workplace diversity is an ever-growing concern and increasingly important request to many American employees. Diversity in the workplace not only reduces discrimination both inside and outside of the office, but increases productivity, talent pool, and efficiency.

SRO employs up to 1,300 people during peak season at facilities in Colorado and North Carolina. According to SRO’s Alicja Spaulding, 63 percent of the company’s employees are Hispanic, 13 percent are African American and 11 percent are Native American.

Here at SROriginals, we are proud to employ a variety of ethnicities as we believe that diversity is one of the many keys to running a successful operation.
